Back to Clements Unit: The Original Scene of Crime and Punishment
By Jason Renard Walker, NABPP Minister of Labor
After a brief 3 year hiatus from the Clements unit in Amarillo, Texas. I find myself returning to the original scene of crime and punishment, lawless order, sadism, racism and what have you. Many shocking accounts are posted to my website.
During the three year hiatus spanning 2017-2020 I stayed at Ramsey unit, Michael unit, Telford unit, Ellis unit, Allred unit, and McConnell unit. Though I faced a variety of false disciplinary cases ranging from staff assault and threatening to assault staff, nothing compares to Clements unit’s originality in successfully covering up foul play and silencing those who speak out, so that TDCJ’s narrative of events becomes factual.
This includes the hurling of death threats and job termination of medical staff – documented events.
In short, Clements unit has proven as the leader of the clan in terms of corruption towards prisoners. As I learned I was headed this way; a rumor surfaced that Captain Patricia Flowers, Lieutenant Lindsey, and Sergeant Carrillo all received promotions (their form of reprimanding) following their complicity and tacit knowledge that Flowers arranged to have Kevin Rashid Johnson silenced by taking his legal property, typewriter, correspondence materials, etc following him being gassed illegally by Officer Leonard December 2016.
Rashid managed to compel the Federal Civil Court to hold a denied access to courts and witness tampering injunction in regards to Flowers’ legal material confiscation. Though once the conspirators learned that they had to appear in court, a week before the scheduled hearing, Rashid was flown to the Florida state prison system. This caused the hearing to be canceled as moot and all conspirators let off the hook.
All that have kept up with my writings to know that I faced similar punishment and that Carillo, Sgt Waak and many others will recontinue their punishment campaign as soon as word hits that I’m back at Clements.
In anticipation of mail theft, outgoing/incoming mail delays, trumped up disciplinary cases, retaliatory cell searches, smear campaigns, property confiscation, etc. I ask that all people of interest call the Clements unit head warden, mailroom, property room, and STG office. The purpose is to advise them that a public eye will be kept on their unprofessional and negligent handling of me and my property during my stay there. As well as the same for any prisoners that support me along the way.
Dare to struggle, dare to win! All power to the people!
