WHO ARE YOU?:THE FRAUDULENT COMMUNIQUES OF A FALSE ACTIVIST

WHO ARE YOU?:THE FRAUDULENT COMMUNIQUES OF A FALSE ACTIVIST

By Jason Renard Walker In this piece I will touch on a failed attempt, from what I draw as a false activists effort to slander the already tarnished livelihood and fleeting integrity of Bill Clements’ unit TDCJ staffer Patricia Flowers, and, in retrospect, damage my own writing credibility for being the sole reporter of the information given to me, while we agree that they remain anonymous, yet the only obvious beneficiary after the fact. As they admitted that we both…

TDCJ DIGITAL MAIL RULE UPDATE

TDCJ DIGITAL MAIL RULE UPDATE

BY Jason Renard Walker In July 2023 the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice created a rule, preventing organizations, businesses and the public from sending mail directly to Texas prisoners. By September 6 2023 it would be effective on all TDCJ units. The rationale for this policy was to curb the amount of contraband entering Texas prisons, but the most common contraband found in Texas prisons(methamphetamines, cellphones, weapons) has no logical way to be hidden in incoming mail from the public….

A poem by Jason Renard Walker

A poem by Jason Renard Walker

How I lived, what I ate And what I wore is not who I am. My skin is my sin, Which was dealt to me Like a shantytown hustler’s sleight-of-hand win. I ask for my freedom But I’m told no such thing exists. I’m told I’m not human, I’m not worthy and I am not a man. If I’m am not a man and you are, Why do I slave and thrive above your soil? Isn’t a man one who…
