The Murder Of Jeffrey Epstein: The Facts, The Theory, The Evidence

By Jason Renard Walker

Whether or not pseudo celebrity and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his cell in 2019 should be up for debate. In mostly every mainstream media report that mentions his death, it recklessly suggests he hung himself.

This is far beyond a case closed death. The official story is contradicted by other evidence, which makes any report by the media suggesting he killed himself, without mentioning the other evidence, reckless. There should at least be a realistic probe into the string of omissions and coincidences that unveil alternate theories that make suicide unlikely.

The cause of death that the American government suggests took the lives of known figures like Marilyn Monroe, CIA virologist Frank Olsen, William Cooper, and journalist Gary Webb (who exposed the U.S. role in creating the crack cocaine epidemic) was suicide. Yet evidence slants toward murder. In the case of Olsen, it was later proven he was dosed with LSD, clubbed in the head, and thrown out of a hotel window by a CIA operative.

The widely believed and convenient notion of suicide in Epstein’s case dismisses any evidence-backed alternate explanations, (of which there are many) while casting skeptics into the lake of conspiracy fire for recognizing that things aren’t adding up and taking an uninvited look around.

If history has taught us anything, it’s that the American government has no qualms about killing shoulder-rubbers that learn too much, or using them as scapegoats and lone nut patsies to get away with knocking off those that threaten the status quo.

Epstein falls into a class of despised celebrity pedophiles, like Larry Nassar. It seems logical that when such a person dies the narrative that concludes the investigation should be accepted, regardless of how irrational or insensible to logic it seems.

During the course of my 17 years stay in various Texas prisons, there are instances where prisoners (like Jamaica at Bill Clements maximum security prison in 2010) were murdered by guards under the watchful eye of supervisors, yet their deaths are documented as suicides. So I feel at an advantage having experienced this and know for certain that prison guards are good at getting their hands dirty and bad at cleaning the mess that they make.

I believe it is important that I weigh in on the discussion, not because I am interested in promoting any conspiracies concocted from my own mind. But simply because mainstream journalists that have a wider reach obsessively avoid saying anything that will shake the Donald Trump/MAGA hornets’ nest. Suggesting that Epstein was killed to protect prominent individuals like Trump, does just that.

CBS, high powered law firms, and several universities have already caved in to his baseless threats, extortion and lawsuits to avoid reputation damage, and loss of funding. So they’ve proven unreliable.

In this essay I will state the facts, the theory and the evidence that contradicts what was said in the media on how Epstein killed himself. Any reader that still thinks he committed suicide, without ignoring the totality of facts and damage control to get to that conclusion, I recommend you email me a report (JasonmoL3838@gmail.com) of how you got there, that isn’t driven by pure opinion and knee jerk disagreement. I’ve tried and failed miserably.

THE FACTS

In 2019 Epstein was found dead in his cell by jail guards Tova Noel and Michael Thomas, as they were passing out breakfast. He had been removed from suicide prevention watch days before, after staff say he tried to hang himself. In a book by Alana Goodman called: A Convenient Death, It says he told mental health staff that he wasn’t suicidal and didn’t try to kill himself, but was attacked by his cellmate.

The entire investigation orbits around statements made by guards, mental health staff and inmates. This is some of the evidence the mainstream media, like the Associated Press, is using as proof of a suicide. But these are just statements, not facts supported by other evidence, that could easily be made up or exaggerated.

It is important to know that an inmate’s account during this kind of investigation is only viewed as credible when it supports the official story that the investigators are going with — while the word of staff is smoking-gun evidence. And from my experience, I have seen where investigators will only take statements from inmates that go along with whatever suits the administrations need to dodge liability.

It is not unusual for a mental health staff or guard to lie about an unlikable inmate trying to commit suicide to justify taking their property and clothing as sadistic punishment. This method of abuse is quite common in U.S. prisons, next to denied meals, denied recreation and denied emergency medical care. Under these circumstances, of course the records will show the inmate tried or said he/she would kill their self.

It is also expected for an inmate to despise or harm pedophiles at all costs. So to believe that anyone in a federal detention center would blow the cover of a high-profile pedophile being murdered, directly through administrative assistance, is unfathomable.

My belief something sinister happened is rooted in the fact that Noel and Thomas documented on the security check logs that they visually checked on Epstein twice an hour. In reality, surveillance cameras show both had gone eight hours straight without checking on him. While spending their entire shift sleeping several hours, kicking back and surfing the internet. If they were brave enough to falsify government records in front of surveillance cameras, just imagine the amount of documents that were being forged by them and other staff outside the presence of any recording devices, as a normal course of business.

We must remember that the DOJ and other investigators used these same unverified documents as potent evidence to conclude no foul play was involved in Epstein’s death. Had the cameras not caught Noel and Thomas forging their security check logs, those too would’ve been thrown in as reliable evidence.

Another event the mainstream media won’t contextualize is the manner in which Epstein supposedly died. To say he was found hanging is a far stretch from the truth. The only place in the cell that could’ve been used to tie something around is the bunk. The bunk isn’t high enough to hang from. In order for him to have killed himself this way, he would’ve had to kneel on the ground and lean forward until he died. This method is wholly absurd, contradicted by medical examiner reports, and tantamount to someone sticking their head in the toilet and drowning themselves. Which requires acute discipline and something the will to live won’t tolerate.

There’s also the surveillance camera that was pointed at the cell block entrance door (referenced in the media as Epstein’s cell door) that Pam Bondi stated prove nobody ever went in his cell. But this camera footage doesn’t show what went on inside the cell block, doesn’t prove his cell door wasn’t opened, doesn’t show if staff opened anyone else’s cell doors, and is coincidentally missing two minutes and fifty three seconds of footage. The purpose of Epstein being moved to the cell he was in was because it is observed by a camera, but this camera wasn’t working that day and multiple staff knew it.

Also Epstein’s cellmate was moved out 24 hours before he was found, for reasons unknown, despite mental health staff entering an order that he not be left alone. In this same frame, one of the guards had worked sixteen hours straight and the other twenty-four hours straight. Which questions whether he was even alive when his cellmate left.

THE THEORY

The alternate explanation of how Epstein died is simply death by the hands of another individual. It’s hard to believe that someone with as much money and clout as him, who gamed the legal system once, felt their only way out of the jam was suicide, without at least trying to game the system one last time.

He told every mental health staff he spoke to that he wasn’t suicidal and was happy to be alive. If we examine the available evidence, it’s more plausible that he was killed. In an article by Lee Brown and Yaron Steinbuch, pathologist Dr Michael Baden shows how Epstein’s body proved he didn’t hang himself. (1)

In ‘A Convenient Death’ it references that Epstein had a long attorney visit August 9 and was expecting another real soon. Let’s say during this visit another sweetheart deal was being discussed in exchange for giving up some major players.

The sweetheart deal he made for his previous child sex trafficking cases out of Florida, in the early 2000’s, was a non-prosecution agreement that allowed him to plead guilty to two state charges, in exchange for getting his federal charges dismissed and an 18-month sentence in the county jail. This deal gave an unknown number of “certain alleged co-conspirators” immunity from prosecution and having their identities or the deal revealed to the public and the victims. (2)

There’s a chance that this time prosecutors would want names, and weren’t willing to give out immunity or seal identities from public scrutiny because of the backlash that came from the victims in the first deal. (3)

The only way to prevent a deal like this from being brokered is to kill Epstein. Had a deal of this nature not been in the making, that doesn’t stop paranoid others from wanting him dead to insure their names weren’t thrown in the mix. His years of carousing with politicians and celebrities on his island, single-handedly posed a threat to their reputations, if any of them were involved and named.

On August 9 2019 around 7:00pm (Epstein was found dead August 10 around 6:00am) the guards on shift removed him from his cell and took him to the shower area to use the phone. At the time, he was still on psychiatric observation status and they knew he was restricted from placing calls. They told investigators that he asked to call his mother, even though it was documented that she’d been dead for over a decade.

Phone records show that a call was made to his 30-year-old girlfriend. Yet a mainstream media journalist states in an article that Epstein may have deceived guards into letting him use the phone. Remember, these are the same guards that lied about checking on him every thirty minutes. Why should anything they were saying after this be believed?

If either of them was involved in his murder, letting him use the phone would give one of them a great opportunity to slip back to the cell block and unlock another inmate’s cell door. The camera that could rule this scenario out wasn’t working. Instead of Epstein being the deceptive one, maybe the guards deceived him into coming out of the cell so they could unlock another inmate’s cell, then left his cell unlocked after putting him back up. This easily explains how he could’ve still been killed, even though the surveillance camera doesn’t show anyone entering the cell block during the eight hours he was neglected.

Before the discovery, surveillance cameras show one of the guards looking through the window of the cell block entrance for several minutes, then sitting back down. Could he have possibly heard the melee, or watched, to confirm the job had been done? Were their internet searches for motorcycles and furniture them looking for stuff to spend some of the dirty money on? This is not to say that they had it in for Epstein, or assisted because he was a pedophile. These individuals could’ve been approached with a deal so great, that getting fired or sent to jail would’ve been well worth it.

In an investigation by the New York Times into Epstein’s death, they requested documents from the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP). Court records show that the FBOP denied their freedom of information request (FOIA), resulting in the NYT filing a federal civil complaint, asking the courts to enforce compliance.

Part of the FBOP’s rationale to the courts for denying the FOIA request under Exemption 7(A) was “two pending prosecutions — one of Nicholas Tartaglione and the other of Tova Noel and Michael Thomas — as proceedings that could be disrupted by the disclosure of the withheld documents.” (4) Due to my shortage on resources as a prisoner it is not clear if the NYT was able to get some or all of the records that they requested and what came of it.

What seems strange is that the FBOP intertwined the case of Tartaglione with Noel and Thomas (who both had their charges dropped under a deferred prosecution agreement), as reason to deny compliance with the FOIA request. Tartaglione was in the federal detention center on a 17-count indictment for four murders, kidnappings and conspiracy to distribute over 5 kilos of cocaine. How releasing the report on Epstein interferes with his prosecution is unknown to me. Unless they were trying to hide that his name came up as a suspect in Epstein’s death, and was later ruled out.

The Trump/MAGA base has done nothing but raise more questions regarding how Epstein died and who he may have sexually assaulted children with. They declined the opportunity to bury the hatchet when Joe Biden was in office after they were told there was no client list or anything to see.

The central point from which their obsession grew was Bill Clinton’s relationship with Epstein. A conspiracy brewed suggesting that the Epstein files possibly had something incriminating about Democrats in it and he was killed because he knew too much. Somehow the MAGA base either forgot, or overlooked, that Epstein’s friendship with Trump was way longer and more solid than it was with Clinton, thus a higher chance of Trump being documented in the files. According to Trump in a 2004 interview, he’d known Epstein since the 1980s.

Trump loyalists like U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi (who acts as his personal attorney), FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino all crashed the media and podcasts, during Biden’s last few months in office, with demands that he release the Epstein files. They even went as far as to say they’d release everything if they were in position. Trump backed this assertion in an interview during his last campaign.

Not only are they in position to release the files, this past February Bondi claimed in an interview that she had Epstein’s client list on her desk and was about to review it. Over 100,000 pages of documents were reviewed by a wealth of FBI agents, supposedly searching for Trump’s name. Now Bondi claims in a two-page memo that there is no client list and nothing to share. A media report came out claiming that Bondi told Trump in May that his name came up multiple times in the Epstein files. This seems to have made him backtrack because now he’s claiming they won’t be releasing any files unless they’re credible. He also made sure that Bondi rejected any notions she was fed about appointing a special prosecutor to look into it.

To make matters worse, the video with the missing minutes they presented, showing the entrance to the cell block, was exported into  Adobe Premier editing software first. Bondi claimed the footage was supposed to be missing because that’s what happens when it rolls over every 24 hours.

This sketchy activity has torn the thread that holds the MAGA base together. Supporters saw part of the gold standard for destroying the Democrat party as proving that a client list existed with some of the most high-class politicians from the left on it. Now top MAGA officials are telling supporters that there’s no conspiracy, no client list exists, he committed suicide, case closed, move on.

This has not sat right with some Republicans who are still pushing for the release of the files alongside Trump’s feeling of despair. The Democrats are amplifying the push and using the ordeal to further divide the MAGA base, who put their foot in their mouths. Did team MAGA see something (including a clients list) in the Epstein files that make select Democrats and Republicans look scandalous? Is this what the Biden administration saw too?

Why should we believe that Epstein wasn’t murdered and those in positions of power on the left and the right weren’t involved in the cover up? When each side was given the opportunity to tame conspiracy buffs and sow trust back into the people, the two-trick Eledonkey pulled the same stunt.

The simple solution to this problem? Release the files and the unedited video without the missing footage, show everybody there’s nothing conspiratorial about Epstein’s death. But wait, a solution this simple can’t be applied when it implicates both sides and the very sleazeball that is in the center of this mess turns out to be the more civil of the lot.

If you analyze Trump’s response it seems that he is justifying certain events that may or may not be in the files. For instance, he stated that the reason they fell out was because Epstein stole a teenage masseuse and other women from Trump’s Mar – a – lago resort and hired them to give him massages, after Trump told him to stop.

The only reason a person like Trump would feed the media uninvited information like this is if it’s to pre-justify an unlawful act his name is in. Is it possible that the files show Trump provided Epstein with some of the victims that he raped? If that is the case, we know this part of the files won’t be released. It also seems like he sent the DOJ to question Epstein’s co-conspirator and two-time perjurer Ghislaine Maxwell, who was upgraded to a minimum security federal prison camp in Texas, following the interview.

THE EVIDENCE

Dr Michael Baden, a former New York City Medical Examiner, whom Epstein’s brother hired to review the autopsy, appeared on the 60 Minutes and Dr Oz TV shows where he discussed his theories and examined photos of Epstein’s body. His conclusion was that Epstein was murdered.

1) Baden says that an autopsy photo of Epstein’s hyoid bone, at the base of his neck, showed it broken in three places. He told 60 Minutes such an injury is unheard of in a suicidal hanging.

2) Baden noted during the Dr Oz show that Epstein’s eyes had burst capillaries, most commonly associated with manual strangulation. “In a hanging, the arteries and the blood vessels, the veins are both clogged off and the person is pale.” He goes on to say “With a manual strangulation, there’s a backup of pressure and the little capillaries can rupture and they’re best seen in the eye.”

3) Baden mentioned how evidence in Epstein’s legs prove he wasn’t hung. “The blood settles after we die. The so called lividity if you’re hanging, the lividity is on the lower part of the legs. These would be like maroon/purple, front and back and they aren’t.”

Baden also found it unusual that the Medical Examiner who performed the autopsy ruled Epstein’s death as inconclusive, then changed his finding to suicide by hanging five days later, without explaining how he came to a different conclusion.

The obvious explanation is political pressure. A man found with a sheet around his neck was either killed or killed himself. What’s inconclusive about that?
