THE EXPLOITATION AND MANIPULATION OF INFORMATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

THE EXPLOITATION AND MANIPULATION OF INFORMATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

By Jason Renard Walker, NABPP Minister of Labor

“I ain’t signing no bitch ass heat restriction paper! It’s cold in this bitch, niggas dying back here, get the fuck on.” – frustrated black man tells guard after being asked to falsely sign that he got proper education on extreme heat conditions, amidst the death of a prisoner.

After a two year hiatus from the Clements unit, the original scene of crime and punishment, I’m back. Surprisingly, nothing has changed! Guards, nurses and staff in general are still falsifying medical logs, cell inspection logs, bedbook counts, and investigations concerning a prisoner’s safety. And not surprisingly, this led to the discovery of a dead hispanic prisoner here in close custody on April 13 2020.

When I say “discovery” I only mean it in the terms that a prisoner got tired of being in the cell with a dead body and brought it to staff’s attention, well after officer Brow conducted a bedbook count. Brow even went as far as to say the dead body came to the cell door, showed his I.D card and laid back down. This contradicts my vantage point of seeing nurses and staff go in the cell, provide the body no CPR or medical attention, request that the coroner’s office and state police take over, and only document the lack of pulse and current body temp.

Normally the unwritten rule is to have the hospital pronounce the death, as to manipulate the annual in-prison death count. In the April 13 incident, even a lay person could see that the man had been dead for quite sometime, therefore making efforts to manipulate the statistical figure obvious manipulation.

THE ANNUAL COVER UP FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL MURDER

In order for ranking staff and administrative staff to get absolved of wrong doing, civil suits, losing their jobs or coming out with nothing more than a verbal slap on the wrist, several things have to take place, coupled with some luck

1. They’ll need at least four business days to go back and review all past records documents and complaints they either provided oversight on,or those that have their signature of approval on.

2. They’ll need an expendable flunky that can be easily replaced and thrown under the bus just as easy. Newly hired guards and those who are not liked, but do the job good enough to be allowed to stick around, are the best candidates. These are the guards who will sign anything, question nothing and believe following what ranking staff say is following prison rules.

3. They’ll need for the deceased to have a history of being psychotic, paranoid, suicidal or otherwise; so that a defense can be built using his own records against him under the banner that he deliberately circumvented security to be allowed to die, bleed out, etc.

4. Cover their tracks by hastily investigating all assault, life in danger, sexual assault, and assaultive staff complaints that were never fully investigated or closed without a real investigation.

5. Lock the unit down to prevent prisoner activity, movement and question asking during the course of the head administration investigation.

6. Play divide and rule by offering bribes to witnessing staff and prisoners in exchange for absolute silence and compliance. Bribes vary from non-sack lunch meals the duration of the lockdown to a “hygiene purchase” from commissary.

Now lets see how this six step application applies to the maneuvers staff made during the investigative phase of the murder. On April 14 2020 Cpt Patricia Flowers demanded that me and my current cellmate involve ourselves in a sexual assault investigation; The suspect was me. Apparently my last cellmate, L.Hunter, alleged that I sexually assaulted him and planned to murder him on April 4 2020. On April 6 2020, another cellmate, Daton Steptoe, alleged that I sexually assaulted him while he slept. In fact, I had no knowledge of any of these claims until April 14 2020; Steptoe didn’t live in the cell longer than two hours;Hunter two days. Flowers requested that my current cellmate give a statement stating I never told him anything about my past three cellmates.

Flowers obviously went back over her records so that she could have it documented on camera that she actually did attempt to seek witnesses and investigate the claims. Four other prisoners were asked to give statements as well. She knew that investigators would thoroughly investigate all assault claims leading up to the day the hispanic prisoner was found dead.

Not only was this late sexual assault investigation absurd; I was given a cellmate following the departure of all three of my cellmates who filed life in danger claims against me; Totally making a mockery of the prison rape elimination act. Investigate yourself, these are documented events and facts.

If these claims had happened to be true,Flowers and the classification committee put two other prisoners lives in danger. I was never isolated from the contact of others nor was I questioned before giving the other cellmates.

This itself satisfies step 1 and step 4 of their secret damage control policy manual. We went to commissary and the unit was already on lockdown fulfilling steps 5 and 6; officer Brow took the blame for the murder, taking care of step 2.

Now that my calculations show those officials at the highest levels of authority have been pre-absolved of any wrong doing, rest assured their calculations reflect the same.

Dare to struggle, Dare to win!

All power to the people!
